Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024

Bank of Maharashtra, a leading public sector bank with over 2,500 branches, headquartered in Pune, is inviting online applications for appointment of apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (Amended).

Selected trainees will receive training as per the requirements of the Bank. The program is designed to provide high quality training and experiential learning, including both basic and practical training on the job.

Ability

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Additionally, trainees must be proficient in the local language (reading, writing and speaking) of the respective State or Union Territory. Applicants must provide 10th or 12th class marksheet or certificate demonstrating proficiency in one of the local languages.

Salary

Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,000 for an engagement period of one year. Please note that trainees will not be eligible for any additional allowances or benefits.

  • UR/EWS/OBC: Rs.150 + GST
  • SC/ST: Rs 100 + GST
  • PwBD: Exempted
  • Candidates have the option to pay the requisite fee/intimation fee through online mode only.
  • Payment of fee/intimation charges through online mode from 14.10.2024 to 24.10.2024 and no other mode of payment is acceptable.

selection process

  • Candidates have to register online on the Bank’s website providing their 12th class (HSC/10+2) or Diploma percentage. On the basis of marks obtained in these examinations, a state wise merit list will be prepared for the trainees. In case of tie, candidates will be ranked on the basis of age.
  • For those who have completed engineering degree after diploma, their diploma marks will be considered for the merit list. The computerized merit list will reflect the information given in the online application; Discrepancies during document verification will result in disqualification.
  • Eligibility does not guarantee selection, and the Bank reserves the right to modify the selection criteria as required. The finally selected candidates will have to submit their application and required documents through the web portal https://nats.education.gov.in after registration.

application process

  • Candidates should visit the Bank’s website https://bankofmaharashtra.in, go to ‘Careers’ → ‘Current Vacancies’, and click on the link “Online Application for Engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 – Project 2024” Do it. 25.” Select “Apply Online” option to open a new screen.
  • To register, click on “Click here for new registration” and provide your name, contact details and email address. The system will generate a provisional registration number and password, which will be displayed on the screen.
  • Candidates should note these down as an email and SMS will also be sent with this information.
  • Visually impaired candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully and verify the details before final submission.
  • After completing the other sections of the application form, click on the Preview tab to review all the information.
  • Make any necessary modifications, and click on ‘Complete Registration’ only after you have verified that the photograph, signature and other details are correct.
  • The online application period is open from 14 October 2024 to 24 October 2024.
